These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) verification service provided by Veriff (“Veriff”) for the purpose of verifying your identity. By using the Veriff platform for KYC verification, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Definitions:
“You” or “User” refers to the individual undergoing KYC verification. “Veriff” refers to the KYC verification service provided by Veriff. “Platform” refers to the Veriff website, mobile application, or any other interface through which the KYC verification service is accessed. “Innovia Trust” refers to, the company utilizing the KYC verification service provided by Veriff.

KYC Verification Process:
By using the Veriff platform, you authorize Veriff to collect, process, and verify the information provided by you for the purpose of KYC verification. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the KYC verification process. Veriff may request additional documentation or information to complete the KYC verification process. Failure to provide requested information may result in the rejection of your KYC verification request.

Privacy and Data Protection:
Veriff is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Your personal information collected during the KYC verification process will be processed and stored securely by Veriff. Use of KYC Verification Results:
The KYC verification results provided by Veriff are for the sole purpose of verifying your identity in relation to the services offered by Innovia Trust. Veriff may share the KYC verification results with Innovia Trust or regulatory authorities as required by law or for the purpose of providing services to you.

Limitation of Liability:
Veriff and Innovia Trust shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the KYC verification service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold Veriff and Innovia Trust harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the KYC verification service.

Amendments:
Innovia Trust reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on the Veriff platform. Your continued use of the KYC verification service after the posting of any amended Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.
